INVESTMENT FOCUS
Our investment strategy is to capitalize on favorable market and demographic conditions through the strategic acquisition of Class B and C multifamily as well as industrial assets. We focus on acquiring, reposition and managing assets with significant value-add potential. Our goal is to discover strategic opportunities to enhance the value through best-in-class management and capital improvement renovations, while maximizing returns to our partners. We consider investment opportunities that fit the following general criteria:
Underperforming or distressed multifamily and industrial shallow-bay properties.
Properties located in high growth Sun Belt markets, including Texas, Arizona and Florida.
Minimum of 50,000sf to 75,000 sf in industrial/office flex properties, including industrial service facilities (ISF) in strategic logistical submarkets.
Core Plus and Value Add multifamily with opportunity for value creation through capital improvements and active asset management.
$3 million to $25 million equity requirement – larger for portfolios
We also consider student-housing, manufacturing housing, multi-tenant retail , self-storage, and office properties, including single-tenant industrial assets on a case by case basis.
