JHS Interest, LLC is a privately held investment firm focused on the acquisition and management of opportunistic value-add multifamily and industrial properties.  We improve the asset and operating performance through hands on management and leasing along with targeted value-add initiatives, which result in solid returns for our investors.  We invest capital through discretionary investment partnerships, allowing us to partner with a variety of private, institutional and public entities.
